Yes. Booking directly with us is always the best-value option.

We guarantee the best price: if you find the same apartment, for the same dates and under the same conditions, at a lower price on Booking.com, Airbnb or another OTA, we will give you a discount equal to twice the difference.

Booking directly also means you can contact us personally for any request, need or change concerning your stay.

Check-in is normally available from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.

Whenever possible, we try to be flexible. If you would like to arrive earlier, contact us and we will check whether your apartment can be ready in advance.

Yes, no problem. We live on the property and are used to evening and late arrivals. Please simply let us know your approximate arrival time.

Yes. If you expect to arrive when we cannot welcome you personally, we can arrange a simple, independent self check-in and send you all the necessary instructions before arrival.

Yes. The apartments have an equipped kitchen or kitchenette.

Yes. On request and subject to availability, we can provide a microwave, toaster, air fryer and other small appliances. If you need something in particular, ask us: if it is available, we will be happy to lend it to you during your stay.

Yes. All apartments have a private bathroom.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Yes. We offer apartments of different sizes, including two-bedroom apartments and options for large families and groups. Subject to availability, we can also allocate several apartments close to one another.

Yes. If you are travelling as a group, contact us directly with the number of adults and children and your stay dates. We can check overall availability and suggest the most suitable combination, keeping you as close together as possible.

Yes. The property has large outdoor areas, a swimming pool, playground, sports courts and family-friendly services.

Yes. Cots for children are available on request and subject to availability.

Yes. High chairs are available on request and subject to availability. If you are travelling with young children, please tell us before arrival so that we can prepare the apartment for your needs.

Yes. We have an outdoor pool measuring approximately 6 × 15 metres, set in the garden.

The pool is normally available from spring to autumn, approximately from March to November, depending on weather conditions.

Yes. We try to keep the water at around 28 °C, depending on the outdoor weather conditions.

Yes. The pool is reserved for guests and its use is included in your stay.

Yes. An outdoor hot tub is available, ideal after hiking, cycling or a day of activities on Lake Garda.

Yes. Agritur Michelotti has an outdoor sauna for guests. Use can be arranged by reservation.

Yes. We offer several Cube e-bikes with Bosch motors, ideal for exploring Arco, Garda Trentino and the area’s many cycle routes.

Each family normally receives one free day of use during the week, subject to availability. A small contribution may be requested for additional days.

Yes. Guests who choose to reach us without a car can use our e-bikes throughout their stay, subject to availability. This makes it easy to combine bicycles, public transport and Bus & Go for a car-free holiday.

Yes. We have a child seat and bicycle trailers, subject to availability.

Certainly. Agritur Michelotti is well suited to guests travelling with road bikes, mountain bikes or e-bikes. We have a dedicated bicycle storage area and provide some tools for minor repairs and adjustments. We can also recommend routes suited to your level and bicycle type.

Yes. A genuine car-free holiday is possible. Guests arriving by train can continue to Arco by bus, then get around by combining public transport, Bus & Go, bicycles and e-bikes.

Bus & Go is Garda Trentino’s on-demand transport service. With the Guest Card, the service is free. Combined with our bicycles, e-bikes and regular buses, it allows you to explore without depending on a car.

Yes. Buses connect the main railway stations in the area with Arco. Depending on the route and the services operating during your stay, some journeys may be included or free with the Guest Card.

For eligible stays, we can activate the Guest Card free of charge and send it to you digitally. It provides benefits, local services and transport concessions.

Yes. Bus & Go is free with the Guest Card, making it especially useful for exploring Garda Trentino without a car.

Yes. Guests can use our tennis court.

Yes. The sports areas can also be used for five-a-side football and volleyball.

Yes. We have an outdoor play area for children.

Our apartments are normally offered without breakfast and include their own kitchen. We nevertheless provide guests with a machine for coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate.

No. We do not have a traditional restaurant, but we can recommend restaurants, pizzerias, agriturismi and other local venues.

Yes. Tap water is safe to drink. A dispenser for still and sparkling water is also available.

Yes. A coin-operated washing machine is available for guests.

Yes. The apartments are supplied with the linen provided for the stay.

Yes. Agritur Michelotti is open all year round. Winter is also a wonderful time to visit Arco and Garda Trentino.

Yes. During the Christmas season we take part in local initiatives including Santa’s House, the Grinch’s House, Christmas markets and other family activities. We can help you find out which events are available during your stay.

Lake Garda and Riva del Garda can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes by car, depending on traffic and destination.

Arco town centre is only a few minutes away and is easy to reach by car, bus or bicycle.

Yes. We are in Bolognano di Arco, a quiet, green area close to the main services and attractions of Garda Trentino.

Yes. Numerous cycle routes and mountain-bike trails can be reached from Arco. We can recommend a route based on your experience and bicycle type.

Certainly. We know the area very well and can recommend walks, cycle routes, lakes, castles, restaurants, wineries, olive mills and family-friendly activities.

Yes. Agritur Michelotti is suitable for groups of friends, large families and several families wishing to holiday together. We have apartments of different sizes and, whenever possible, can place the group in neighbouring apartments. Some apartments also have larger living rooms that are useful as meeting spaces.

Yes. Guests can use the garden, outdoor areas, barbecue area and activity spaces. For groups, we can also suggest apartments with suitable indoor spaces for gathering together in bad weather.
